Everyone needs to unwind, get their minds off the seriousness of everyday life. And nothing accomplishes that quite like a good comedy. I know well timed comedy can truly make the different in a mediocre game, and a great game. So here are our nominees for the best comedy of 2013.

For it seemingly unknown plot and random(ish) outcomes, we award this to The Stanley Parable. The interaction between the silent Stanley and the persistent narrator makes this game quite unique. In a age of complex plots and puzzles it is nice to be able to just walk around as the world unfurls around you.
