The Professional Gamer - November 22, 2013
/Hello everyone! This week we saw the first real touch of winter for the season, with temperatures briefly dipping into the teens. The ideal weather to spend some time inside with geeky pursuits. Read on to see how I occupied myself this week.
Watching:
I am up to episode 18 of Attack on Titan and it seems clear that everything with the titans is more than what it seems. ZeldaQueen keeps teasing me with her knowledge of future episodes, but has thus far been kind and not spoiled anything for me. A special note to all you Whovians: enjoy the aniversary special and check out the Who themed Google doodle.
Playing:
Hearthstone is still a lot of fun, although I haven't been able to spend a lot of time playing it. I've also pregressed through the first dungeon in Windwaker. I am consistently amazed at how much it feels and looks like a modern game. The remake team certainly did a good job.
Reading:
Very little reading this week due to a number of commitments in my hours outside of work. Next week is also likely to be busy, but I will see if I can find some more time somewhere. The only reading I manage was some more of the blog posts at The Art of Manliness.
That's all for this week. Join me again next Friday for another weekly update of the Professional Gamer.
