Xbox One will be compatible with current-gen headsets

Microsoft has just confirmed that Xbox One owners will be able to use their current generation headset and third party headsets with the new console; this will be possible with an adapter that Microsoft will be working on.

Microsoft also plan to develop solutions in the future to allow consumers to connect a lot of branded wired headsets to their Wireless Controller to game and chat audio.
