Denver Comic Con 2014 - Day 2 Wrap Up

A brief missive about Day 2 of Denver Comic Con before I head in for Day 3.  I attended a panel with Matthew Inman of The Oatmeal and learned a bit about his methods and inspirations.  The rest of the day was spent wandering the convention floor, talking with other attendees, and taking a few pictures with my phone.  You can see my photos on my Twitter feed.  If the great costumes that I saw are any indication, we should have some really great pictures available soon from Ravage and Assimilator.

Also, tried Breckenridge Brewery's specialty Comic Con beer: Brews Wayne.  The beer is delicious.  I interpret it to be a slightly darker, browner version of a British Pale Ale or Bitter. The balance of malt, roast, and hops comes through very well. As I said in a tweet earlier in the day, I wish they would make this one of their regular beers.
